All our products are made from calibrated, dry, C24 class certified Scandinavian timber. For roof structures, we use certified CE roof trusses, and all work is carried out by experienced structural engineers.
The kit includes pre-cut frame elements, roof trusses or roof structure, foundation plan, structural drawings, and assembly scheme. All elements are numbered, making assembly quick and precise.
Yes, the kits are designed to be easily assembled independently. All elements are cut with powerful CNC machines Hundegger Speed-Cut 3, milled and numbered – assembly is like a Lego construction set. If needed, we can recommend our partners who provide assembly services.

Yes, you can order only roof trusses, only the frame kit, or a complete house kit. We can also manufacture based on your individual drawings.
Production time is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the project complexity and seasonality. The exact lead time is always indicated in each product description on our e-shop website.

Yes, we provide a warranty for all our structures. The timber is certified and complies with all EU construction standards.

You can collect the pre-cut wooden structures at our factory, Gamyklos g. 11, Gargždai. We can also arrange delivery to your specified location in Lithuania or abroad. Delivery cost is agreed individually, depending on the order volume and distance.
